Yes. Nova connects through the official Thumbtack Partner API v4 with OAuth. You authorize it like any connected app, and you can disconnect any time.

What if Nova gets a price wrong?

You set the rules: minimum price, service radius, unavailable days, and job preferences. In approval-first mode you see every reply before it sends and can edit it. You can also give Nova a price floor so it never quotes under your number.

Can I pause it or turn it off?

Any time, from Telegram. Pause a single lead, switch to approval-first, or stop auto-send entirely. Nova never takes an action you cannot reverse.

Which businesses is this for?

Solo and small (2 to 5 person) home-service businesses that buy paid leads. If you are on the tools and losing jobs to slow replies, Nova is built for you.

Does a human ever step in?
