Terms of Service

By connecting your Thumbtack account to Nova, you agree to these Terms. Nova is operated by Novanest Pro, Inc. ("Nova", "we", "us"). If you do not agree, do not use Nova.

1. What Nova does

Nova drafts and (when you authorize it) sends customer-facing replies on your behalf via the official Thumbtack Partner API. Nova does bookkeeping for incoming leads, drafts replies in your voice based on rules you provide, and surfaces drafts to you for approval via Telegram. Nova does not perform the underlying service work for your customers — that's still you.

2. Your responsibility

• You are responsible for the content of every message Nova sends from your account, whether you tapped Send manually, approved a draft, or used auto-send.
• You are responsible for the bookings Nova helps you make and for delivering the service you sold.
• You are responsible for keeping your Thumbtack account in good standing.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Nova to:

• Send spam, misleading offers, or content that violates Thumbtack's terms.
• Impersonate a different business or licensed professional.
• Operate Nova on behalf of accounts you don't own or aren't authorized to manage.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service.

4. Default mode is approval-required

Drafts wait for you to tap Send, Edit, or Skip. Auto-send is opt-in per operator. You can change this setting at any time by chatting with the Nova Telegram bot.

5. Disconnection and account closure

You can disconnect Thumbtack and close your Nova account at any time. OAuth tokens are revoked immediately; account data is deleted within 30 days of a written request to contact@novanestpro.com.

6. Pricing

Pricing is discussed individually with each operator during onboarding. Either party may terminate the engagement at any time with no long-term contract.

7. AI output disclaimer

Nova uses third-party large language models (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI via OpenRouter). LLM outputs are probabilistic. Nova is not liable for AI-generated text that you approved or that auto-sent on your behalf. Review drafts before turning auto-send on, and review critical bookings on-site before performing work.

8. No affiliation with Thumbtack

Nova is an independent Partner API integration. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Thumbtack, Inc. "Thumbtack" is a trademark of Thumbtack, Inc.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Nova is provided "as is" without warranty. Our total liability to you is capped at the fees you paid us in the prior twelve months.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County.

11. Changes

If we make material changes to these Terms, we'll email operators on file and update the "Last updated" date above.
